Scope of the Guideline
1. The guideline is intended to provide guidance on all general and specific guidelines and procedures aimed to guide research projects and publications activities carried out in and by the university members independently, and/or in collaboration with collaborators and clients/stakeholders using University’s resources fully or partly.
2. Any article or statement of this guideline shall be harmonized with the senate legislation of the Defence University.
3. This guideline is also applicable to the R&D logistics and financial management units and Procurement and Finance Directorates (PFDs).
4. This guideline updated or revised every two years and its minor revision may be every year with consideration for price inflation in order to keep pace with the rising cost of goods and services.
5. This guideline applies to postgraduate (Masters and PhD) thesis and dissertation research works conducted in the Defence University.
6. This guideline shall be implemented after it is endorsed by the University Senate.
