College of Registrar
The College registrar has a responsibility of is to maintain the academic records of the students of the college and plane and implement the registration process for all departments. The registrar has also a responsibility of designing class schedules according to the course offerings of departments. The academic status and related matters like withdrawals, Add and Drop, etc of students are also managed by the registrar of the college.
Admission Requirements:- a student who eligible to join the BA program is required to meet the entry requirements of higher institutions set by Ministry of Education and defence University.
Graduation Requirements:- To graduate from a program of the College a student should take all courses offered in the program, with minimum total 140 credit hour /232 ECTS/ for 4 years program or 182 credit hour/292 ECTS/ for 5 years program and earn a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00 or better by the end of the program, and earn no ‘F’ grade in any course. The student is also required to have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 2.00 in all major courses by the end of his study.
