Vision

The vision of the college is to see strong and modern professional military personnel that is absolutely loyal to the constitutional system, that competently protects the national constitution from any danger; that attains the status of a center of excellence in training, research and development, and strategic analyses pertaining to the resource management fields for the benefit of the Ethiopian Defence Forces.

 Mission

The mission of the college is to provide MoND need based consultancy, research and development, and training to military professionals absolutely loyal to the National Constitution, in the fields of resource management in order to maintain national security, peace and stability by effectively and efficiently utilizing the resources at the disposal of Ethiopian Defence Forces.

Values

The values of the college are to:

• take as one’s own belief that change is the basis for development;

• equip our forces with all the necessary knowledge and skills anytime, anywhere;
